Rau muống xào tỏi - Stir-fried water spinach with garlic

  • Yield: 4 Servings

  • Add salt to a saucepan of water and bring to a rolling boil. Blanch the water spinach for 2 minutes or until it just starts to wilt. Drain and soak in/rinse with cold water to maintain the green color.
  • Heat oil in a wok on high until it starts to smoke. Add the minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Then add the blanched water spinach, oyster fish sauce and chicken stock. Toss until the stems are crispy tender. Serve hot
