Cooking sticky rice has never been so easy! Now you can have Xôi everyday for breakfast!

  • Rinse the sticky rice well. Then soak in water for at least one hour (or overnight).
  • Drain well and toss with a pinch of salt. Transfer to a microwavable container. Add water.
  • Cover the lid and microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave, open the lid and fluff the rice with chopsticks or a fork.
  • Cover again and microwave for another 3 mins. Done!
