Notes:

  • Traditionally, jasmine flower is added on top to bring a tender aroma to the elegant sweet soup.
    Nếu có hoa nhài thì cho vào thế vani để món chè thêm hương dịu dàng thanh thoát.
  • It can be served hot or chilled. You can also add some crushed rice and it would feel really cool going down your throat.
    Món này ăn nóng hay lạnh đều ngon. Khi ăn thấy mát lạnh cổ họng, cùi nhãn giòn ngọt, cắn vào hạt sen bùi bùi. Chè ngọt mát và rất thơm.
