A delightful summer treat delivers the taste of tropical paradise that melts in your mouth.

  • Zest the lime and the kumquat
  • Juice the lime and the kumquat. Remove the seeds
  • Mix in milk and condensed milk.
  • Add sugar and a pinch of salt
  • Mix well
  • Add crushed ice
  • Pour in a glass
  • Voila!

Notes: Only zest the green peel (not the white part) otherwise the drink will be bitter.
