Kem sữa chua - Frozen Yogurt

A refreshing and healthy homemade frozen yogurt for summer days

  • 2 cups frozen fruits peach, mango, pineapple, grape, papaya, melon, strawberry, lychee etc, chopped
  • 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbps honey or maple syrup or superfine sugar
  • In a food processor, combine the frozen fruits, yogurt, and honey.
  • Process until you get a smooth creamy mixture. Serve immediately as soft version. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  • You can also freeze the yogurt overnight and scoop out the firm version using an ice-cream scoop. Add toppings of your choice, gummy bear, raisins, nuts.
