Coconut popsicles

Vietnamese flavored popsicle was an amazing dessert that I used to like a lot when I was a kid. Now that the summer heat is torturing, especially here in cental VN, this is definitely a great summer treat

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup each of dairy cream, coconut milk and whole milk.
  • For the sweetness I am going to add 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Stir well to combine. Then fill your mold all the way to the top. Finally, freeze overnight
  • Drizzle some chocolate sauce if desired.
